Default Anyone on the South Coast...?

Hi all,

am new to wakeboarding and this forum, and wondered if anyone lived on the South Coast , and could recommend wakeboarding areas both on sea and land!

Cheers...

Salty

Hey Salty,

Where abouts are you. My boyfriend & I have a non profit-making club in Brighton and we board on the sea. Only bummer is that it's very weather dependent! We had some great boarding in April & May....June was very windy. There may be some boarding to be had on the sea tomorrow am and a few early am's this week. Check out our website & give us a call if you want to come out with us.

Default Bournemouth / Poole wakeboarding...

I live near B'mth, and board in Poole Harbour and off the coast - weather and sea conditions permitting. Liked the Brighton boarding website and wish there was something closer to home so I could get onto the water without having to rely on good friend with a new boat and tide times...!

Just wondered if there are any simillar clubs, lake and cable ride oppertunities in my area...?

Hi Salty

I'm in Poole, and I board just by old Harry rocks if it's not too choppy, but I also get lessons at New Forest Water Park or Ellingham Lakes just out near Ringwood. The only problem with the lakes is they get very busy at weekends they are expensive for 10mins tow.

www.newforestwaterpark.co.uk the drivers are excellent and really know what they are talking about...well worth it if sea conditions are bad!
