Default Wakeboard Holiday

I was hoping to get a wakeboarding holiday in before Christmas (I have too much time left that needs using up), and wanted to go somewhere warm, but reasonably priced, with a few friends.

X-treme Gene closed today for the season, and the Club Med Kemer Freestyle village in Turkey is also closed. We were hoping to spend around the £600 GBP mark for the week, so Club Med in Cancun is a wee bit expensive at £1200+ per week 8O

Does anyone have any suggestions of anywhere in Europe, S. Africa, or the States that we may be able to get to for a reasonable price?

cheers
David

yeah, florida's the best place in winter, but you need to book the flights in september at the latest, as they get really expensive after that. Good luck, keep searching, it'll be worth it!!

Hey, you can get flights to Orlando for £248 return from Heathrow or Gatwick. Once you're over there, accom is dirt cheap, find a motel somewhere and you're sorted. Ater that, the choice of parks is wide open. I'm off there next week for 2 weeks, so if you want any info from over there, drop us a PM and I'll let you know. Might cost you a bit more than you planned, but it's the best of the best!

The site below is where I booked my flights, so check it out. The code for Orlando airport is MCO

See how you get on.

Laters,

Pants

Cheers for that - I'll round up my mates, and see if we can work out something affordable near Orlando. OWC prices didn't seem too bad, given the current exchange rate, and seemed a nice mix of boat & cable.

You don't wanna ride boat at O-dub/Mike's Place unless your rich. Last time I was there, it was something like $50 for a ride, because the guy who does the boats is the american team coach.
