what the shop people didnt mention is that the sizing is on the box. They are either 3-8 and 9 to 13, or sommit like that.
Gonna swap them for the larger size and if they slip get rid of them. I got them a bit cheaper anyway.

seriously i would think twice about the bindings. i always used to ride meds and i have size 9 feet. what you have to bear in mind is that the sizes on the box are prob US sizes which are bigger. in mens a US 10 is a UK 9 etc, slightly different for women. if you are borderline 9/10 then large should be big enough. they will stretch when you use them anyway so its really difficult to tell till you had them a month. maybe you should try some other makes/models to see how they feel? 8)

I've got a nic pair of '05 Ultra sucs in a nice gay pink at the minute.. bloody dye hadn't set in the insides and now they look very 'San Francisco'. If they remain too tight on my feet and don't bed in, I'll do you a deal!

Seriously, though - try them & my Alphas next time we're at Waveney, and see. It's worth trying different brands to see how they fit your particular feet. A lot of people rate LF bindings. I like them.
