If the bindings are just a little too tight, you can try putting them on then dangling your feet in a bath of hot water. This will soften the bindings and allow them to mould to your feet.
Someone gave me the same avice last year and it worked a treat, I don't know if it would do the same for you.

Tried that - which has contributed in no small way to the dye leakage and the nice gay pink colour of the straps & stitching.
ops: They still took some getting off again, even after 30 minutes in a very hot bath.I haven't ridden them since, as it's too feckin' cold to ride without socks, and they're definitely too tight for an added 2mm of neoprene. Will try in the spring when the air temp is slightly warmer.
