Default Binding sizes.

I have just bought a new set of bindings, but am wondering if they are the correct size as I am between a 9 and 10 making me border line on sizes.
Is it best to go too small or too big.
Cheers.

Oh these are them.

I spoke to Stack yesterday - What he means is he can fit in both L's & XL's.

The L's are nice & tight, but his toes are slightly over the edge.
The XL's don't seem so secure. Is he better off with the tight fit and toe overhang, or the not so snug fit, and the risk of possible foot slippage in the binding?

Stack - how tight did the XL's go? Did they feel really loose?
