Default Rookie Riders Comps 2005

Can anyone shed any light on the dates and whereabouts of the Rooke Riders Comps please? The wakeboard season is running away with us and no info has yet been published regarding possible comps for the juniors and rookies. Any info would be most grateful. The youngsters are loosing interest, come on guys give them a chance.

If the "youngsters" are wakeboarding to just be in the comps then they are doing wakeboarding for the wrong reasons

Unirider

Are you saying that all the youngsters who participate and enjoy competing in extra curricular activities i.e. football, athletics, trampolining, horse riding, hockey, dance, gymnastics - need I go on, are all doing it for the wrong reasons?

With the amount of threads on here about the whole Tour comp is there any need to start another thread even though you know when the information is ready to be given out it will be given out!
Im not saying its the same as those because wakeboarding is not the same as all those sports you just mentioned, it has different rules, formats, guidlines etc The way you worded your first post seemed to say that without competitions the youngsters are loosing interest, cant they not just do it for the fun of it! I mean OMG is there any need to compete and not enjoy a sport!

Unirider - maybe they want to go to the comps and compete for the same reasons as you do, yet no ones telling them if and where they can, so youve gotta sympathise with them.

Due to the farcicle (spelling) that has happened this year i only intend on entering 1 or possibily 2 comps, not in the uk. All this season i want to do is ride with friends at different locations so i have memories of how good the summer has been and also put out the good word of wakeskating.

I do sympathise with them but the amount of times it has come up is a joke. When the information is ready to be realised im sure the good people will say
