Bud,
Please check the official announcement on http://www.wakeboard.co.uk and also the copy of it which is posted in this forum. It's true and we're all gutted. I will be updating the official website with details on the Nationals, which are going ahead, as soon as we've got them.

The comp will not be qualifications, it will simply be a stand alone competition. I'll update the calendar tomorrow to reflect the tour cancellation today.

its a shame that WUK couldnt organise a tour with the influence of an established organisation behind them, when someone new to wakeboard event organising can create a whole weekend of entertainment camping and boarding with sponsors approaching him, in a little over 6 months. Maybe like someone has said previously, private events like Air05 are the way foward.
Does anyone know what inner city locations they were trying to get!? |

Thanks for your support Neb, but spare a thought for the guys who sweated their bits off to build the UK tour, trust me, I know how hard they've worked! Sure they'll be back with a vengence soon!
