If my memory serves me right, there is an olympic size pool at Earls court under the floor, that might help with the winching. or was the pool at olympia? anyone know?

Yep...spot on, it's at Earl's Court...but there's going to be a bit of a bun fight with the sail / power fraternity for pool space...obviously I'm fighting our case hard on this one! But incase we lose the battle, we'll ship in a pool-gap structure to line up with the viewing gallery for checking out the action
