Default Who want's to build their own Cable?

In Scotland, but here is the opportunity. Quite interesting, they are looking for a leisure company with significant experience in this area. Would there be such a thing in the UK?

And it's full of Scottish...



Which of course is a good thing as my wife is Scottish!

I want this built, as at least I will have somewhere to ride when I visit the inlaws. This place is only about 10 minutes from where they live.

The two weeks that pass for Summer ie; when it's not cold and windy is when the midges come out, and they can carry off small children.
