Oh ******** I’ve just read another Byelaw that states

“When towing a person engaged in a recreational towing activity the power driven boat shall carry two competent persons”

I’m the only competent person in our crew the rest are all bleeding Muppets!

I guess you have to remember that is "competent" from a scotish perspective!

jes wid everoyne take a chill pill or al huv tae come down fae glasgow to pure do use in eh!!

Note section 3.7.7 Recreational towing in the bylaws handbook " no boat shall tow at a speed above 30kph any structure or boat which has no independant means of propulsion or mechanical directional control" ie waterskis, wakeboard, donut etc

we never new about till this untill last weeknd when the nice man told us in an ever so polite tone!!
