Really nice clean lake at Whitworth. I rode there about 3 years ago behind their X2. Don't know about coaching though. Think it was a skier that drove me.

I ride at sale, purely cos its round the corner from my house. As Toby and Marucs said there are a few of us down there that will help in anyway we can. A visitor can board for £10 a tow, but that only last roughly 8 minutes or so.

I've rode at withworth once before, found it to be very choppy with lot of backwash once you've gone up and down the lake once.

The Northwest is seriously missing a good place to ride, would have been solved if the shack had got up and running at bottoms res. Could do with a cable over this side of the hills too.

Interesting, I'm quite fussy and I can't recall any backwash. Its high up and quite exposed though so chopy I imagine it could get.
