Between Whitworth and Sale, no disrespect to the Sale riders but Whitworth has far better facilities for wakeboarding - 15min vs 8min sets, weighted mastercraft X2 vs Malibu Response which is dual use to pull slalom skiers and wakeboarders and the lake although short is bigger than Sale so offers a longer run.

Plus as Buzz says I believe Jonny Farley is doing most of the driving / coaching this season.

Whitworth can get a little backwashy particularly if the resovoir is high from lots of rain. Last year a number of ideas were discussed to reduce this but I'm not sure if anything has been implemented as I'm in florida until mid summer (gloat).

I agree Manchester is in need of a decent set up to ride but in the interim Whitworth is the most favorable IMHO. I live about 10 mins from Sale and do not ride there.

Hi Guys

I am after some help, I put a post on a while ago ref a girl (16) who I know through her family who wanted to start wakeboarding at Sale Water Park. She has tried contacting them, but doesn't get any joy with who she is meant to speak to.

Marcus / Toby I know you said you ride there, do you know who she can speak to, to get booked in for her first session

I have given her a first lesson at Oxford and she can now get up and ride, but wants to keep doing it and she lives in Manchester.

Any help guys, greatly appreciated

Thanks

Chris
