Will be keepin an eye out for the fletcher GTS Lord Jim!

Anyone know how tight they are on having a spotter on the boat as are third person is a bit dodgy about whether or not he will be able to make it

look what i found Southampton VTS - Port Maps go to Southampton Approaches.

i dont know about not having 3rd person i have done it twice but in evening, i have heard they can be strict on wknds.

its so anoying when u cant get 3rd, getting 2 people is easy.

Ive skated in the osbourne bay zone a few times. Only really worth it early morning or late evening though. Ive always seen the long stretch up southampton water and thought it looked good.

We might fill up a wetsuit with towels and put a fake head on it and pretend it is our spotter!

Gonna keep investigating places for boarding closer to soton and will let people know what i find out.
