Cool Poole Harbour Wakeboard area

Who has riden in the Poole Harbour wakeboard area? We are heading down there this saturday and wondered what other people had thought of it. Anything to look out for? Gonna be parking up at Baiters Public Slipway then heading over.

i ride in the harbour, its a great place to ride when conditions are right...all i wld say is check tides as baiter is imposible at low tide and on wknds i wld suggest u pay sking fees at £10 per day....as habour master is a busy boy in the ski zone.

may see u out there if my boat is fixed.........

BBC - Weather Centre - Coast and Sea - Tides POOLE HARBOUR - 05/06/2007 theres the tides mate

that £100 a year thing really gets my goat they charge that and provide nothing at all for it, it should be included in the harbour dues. only be worth it if they put some sliders in that would be cool.

harbour is cool when its good conditions. try to get to baiter early or something as its a bit of a nightmare when the weather is good
