72Degrees in the water at Preston today, anyone got any higher temps in the UK or should I be contacting The Guinness Book of Records on Monday.

Dave,
I don't think the yesterdays' Ribble's temperature can count, I was first in and had the longest hit'n'miss known in the history of man, that was bound to affect the results. The water, if analysed, would have come back as being pure Stella but with all the turds that are in there would have tasted like carling. Also BNFL being a few miles down the road tends to help, but I know what you mean about the temperatures, Its only June and we are riding in Rash Vests - we will be in the Buff by August, now there's a sickening thought.
