The guys on the ground are sound, they aren’t the ones who wanted the ban it’s the dick heads in the ivory towers writing the legislation. Luckily they can’t enforce it.

I am sure you are completly right .The sooner the ban is lifted and a management programe is put in practice the better, Windermere and surrounding areas would then start to regenerate again they desparatly need revenue form all that use the lakes for water activities. Seems this is happening all around though.....
