Just had a good chat with the show's organisors and got some more info on the wake related attendees and events that will be happening:

Firstly the main 3 uk boat brands are going to be represented... Nautiques, Tige and Mastercraft (via the Quayside dealers) - yup it's not Stew, it's the MC dealer formerly known as Ski Boat Zone South.

Secondly we've got our very own Tower Fairy.. don't underestimate the amount of boarders who need to kit out their non-tournament ski boats with towers etc. Not everyone can shell out for a brand new wake boat.

Thirdly I'm sure that Craig Cohoon will be showing up with some 08 products... so you can all check it out and get it on your Christmas wish lists early. If I can get some info out of them we'll let you know what's in store.

Fourthly (?) the pool gap is looking pretty cool with regular shows and some top UK riders hitting the sliders in Central London... can't argue with that. I've asked Caroline from the show to send me some piccies of the pool gap as it is being built.. fingers crossed we'll have something to tempt you with. I believe Matt C is taking part on the press launch so you know he'll represent the sport in a professional way (assuming the Relentless can doesn't have any added vodka ;-)

Finally, I like the way the show is before Christmas and competition to the other show is not a bad thing either... let's see what happens, might be a good off season event for this year and the future.

I plan to go (cheers Mike), not too sure when is best to go though..... I'm going to sit in massage chairs drinking beer with Tower Fairy and support the Guinness tent.

Be good to watch the pool gap, i saw at Wakestock how much effort and how many days go into putting that thing up, would be good to have some people there to support it and attract some attention to it.

Really good to see some positivity.

A group of people have busted their arses off for the past year or so t make this happen.. and I am a firm believer that it will. They are trying to actively support the sport and industry by doing this because they feel the BMF aren't doing an acceptable job at eXcel.

To not support them I believe is very unwise; good luck I say... if its a roaring success great! If it falls flat well at least its made the BMF sit up and take notice (which I know they have... big time).

I'm really grateful for what they've put together and have committed my money to show my support... glad to see so many others have done the same.
