Grendon Lakes watersports takeover????

I heard a rumour that the watersports side of Grendon Lakes might be taken over next year by Wake-Academy, (previously Ski Shack)…

…Planning the possible arrival of a new boat, weekly guest coaches, SBDA and instructors’ courses, wake camps, end of year club comp with big prizes etc etc…

…Grendon should be back next year at its best…

Rather interesting, glad to see Rich is getting his own venue finally after the whole bottoms thing fell through. Awesome work, will defo be down for a visit and up for some of the abuse I've learned to love from him haha

A quick update on the above.

It is confirmed that Richard and Marie Leach are taking over the watersports at Grendon Lakes this year.

They have just bought a Super Air Nautique 210, whilst still maintaining their mission to charge one of the cheapest rates for tows.

The site coaches this year are Rich and Solid Jim, with guest coaches on a weekly basis.

With the help of the Northern Monkeys, they are building a load of sliders and kickers.

There will be an official opening party at the lakes in April, we will keep you updated with the info for that.

Grendon are taking bookings now for tows starting from Friday 21st March.
