I will be out there jeremy so will do my best, in posting updates, although they should come up pretty quickly on the EAME site.
Really looking forward to the trip, flying out next saturday so they can get a few days riding in before the comp.
Sam Weinsteen and Freddie have been riding at the quays this weekend getting a bit of practice in but they are keen to get out there and ride without getting frostbite.

Stew Mackie has also now been added to the EAME

we are absolutely thrilled that stew is now coming out to Johannesburg with us. He is riding really well, but also such an inspiration for all the younger riders his coaching whilst we are out there will make a difference to the teams overall performance.

Thanks Lukey, but were not coming back to the quays... its too nice here...Internet now working here so will be able to do updates not much to report at the moment,Freddie Sam weinsteen, Nicola Butler and Tor have been riding this morning, and riding again this afternoon/evening. you can just keep riding on the vaal. just an amazing place to ride, anyone wanting a winter holiday.
