Default help to get out of the water !

superbeginner : I've tried to get up fot several days , but no way , board is always sinking and I have to let the handle go.

question : does the boat have to go full throttle ?

could someone give me some good advice, how to start ?

thanks

Sounds like you need an instructor!

But till then, just head for a steady pull (if that's your thing!) and keep your legs bent. The board will sink then ride up again. Sounds like you're trying to stand up too soon. When you're up and riding, stand up slowly and let the board do the riding. After that, you're on your own....
