Default setting up your bindings

today i just got a new board, a 2004 Hyperlite Byerly 137which in my area is extremly hard to find because everyone only carries the 2005. i got new bindings last sesson so i didnt get new ones. i have 2003 hyperlite parks bindings and i'm trying to find out where to place them so i'd get the most pop. on one side of the binding is goes by numbers on the other side letters, i'm pretty sure all bindings are like this. what do you have your bindings set at?

thanks,
dirtrider

well i put both my bindings as near to the tail as they can get (which kinda makes riding switch a bit difficult) but as long as the back foot isn't too far up near the nose. you can get decent pop.

I don't eveen use the letters and numbers, too many other options.
Mine are all the way out. Instead of using the numbers and letters I count the amount of ridges. I have 5 ridges on each one, with the binding angled out. Just make sure your stance is well balanced and you should be ok. Sounds like O'brienrider_w00t has a strange stance, with bindings towards the tail, you don't want to do this, you want a 50% 50% weight distribution over the whole board. Depending on how tall you are, I would use the widest setting, unless you are pretty short. Let me know if that helps, or if you need more help.
