Default Tight Bindings + Petrolum Jelly + Snug Fit = PERFECT!

What's up guys? Anyways, i got this Torq Bindings that came with my CWB board when i bought it. They are extremely tight and no "SNUG FIT" but the size fits perfectly for my feet. When i use them ...i swear i could NEVER take my feet out of the bindings because of the tightness. I would say it would take me approximately 10-15 mins trying to get my feet out of the bindings. Anyways i came up with this ideal thought...and it was Petrolum Jelly. Guys guys guys......Petrolum Jelly solves it all!!!! If u have a problem like i do....go to the store and buy those Jelly. Just rub it inside the bindings alllllllllll over. Now after i tried the Jelly in the bindings....PERFECT!....it gave me a really snug fit but tight AND comfortable at the same time and other than that i can take my feet out without making a FUSS!

Never understood why people have trouble getting in and out of bindings?

Mine are super snug and have only once came off on a fall yet I can just lift my heel and come straight out no fuss when I'm back at the dock.

Its all technique.

depends on your binding style, if you have wrap overs with no lace sections then you can have trouble getting out. i have lf alphas now and i have no trouble. when i had my ultras last year i used to have problems. both sizw XL

Ultras and no problems although many of the people who ride my board or others with ultras I know have problems.

Infact ultras are the only binding I can ride for an extended period of time. All the lace up variety make my feet hurt bad across the bridge of my foot.

Ahh... nothing like a bit of KY to get one into a tight spot.

Seems like it would allow your feet to slip too easily out of the binding though? and when you land a jump if theres Jelly on the footbed your foot could slide forward?
