Help! Holiday wakeboarding in October/ November?

Ok, my challenge is to use my two weeks of remaining holiday to satisfy my need to extend my summer on the water and my girlfriend's need for sun/ sand/ pampering/ girl stuff (no, sadly she doesn't 'board). So, I'd like perfect wakeboarding conditions, sun and some quality coaching. Opportunities to try other watersports (kitesurfing please!) a bonus. Her perfect holiday is the sun & spa kind so that probably knocks the 'wakeboard camp' idea on the head, even just for a week. Budget isn't particularly an issue. Tried the Mark Warner thing last year which was great (for me anyway), but left it too late for that this year.

Grateful for any suggestions/ opinions (excluding 'get a new girlfriend')...

they have got nautique with tower not sure what one and i think an outboard boat for skating may see ads at J.B> tonight will ask.
