Default The Truth and The Chick Flick

Just got 'em both - WakeStuff delivered The Chick Flick in two days which is pretty good service. The Truth has some great photography and some awesome riding - Tino Santori rocks - but overall was a bit of a disappointment. The Chick Flick is great all the way through - music, riding, atmosphere. Dallas Friday really goes huge. It's going to motivate the hell out of my daughter.

My 2 cents…

I just got both as well

I thought the chick flick was sweet, especially Melissa Marquardt busting the 3 shuvs and back bigspin, although its a shame more of the new up and coming wakeskaters weren’t shown (Savannah Barber etc).

I actually thought the truth DVD was very good, I think it brings a whole new look to the way wake films can be shot, the editing/camera work was spectacular and the super slow-mo stuff was amazing to watch, all in all I thought it was very good.

Although im not a wakeboarder and tend not to watch wakeboard films i have to say... Keith Lymans section fookin' killed it!

Agree 100% about the editing/camera work. Some of the slowmo/funny angle stuff was great. And gave a new view of the handle passes.

Even though I've never having been on a wakeskate and have never been very interested I was totally impressed with the skate footage. How do you guys do that???
