Default Winter Skate Project

Ahoy!! Just thought I'd pop on for a bit of advise. Got a busted up Liquid Force concave the other day for a stupid price. Perfect deck but on the bottom the first layer of wood is cracked and the second is de-lamming. I'm gonna sort out the de-lam with some glue and clamps but the cracked layer i want to remove, I'm just not sure what to put there as I want this board to be slider and kicker proof. Any ideas?

yeah

Throw it away and buy a new one they dont cost a lot of money. especially if you spend hours fixing it up to find it falls apart when you hit the water.

I'm Afraid I agree, It just doesn't seem worth it,

you will need to apply a new layer ont he bottom, which ideally will need to be some type of plastic.. for the cost you'd be better to buy a new one

Yeah, maybe I shouldn't have bought it. Heard bad things about LF skates but this one just set me back £15 and i thought i could give it a good home and nurse it into a good skate. Will give it a go still, just gonna experiment with it. Cheers for the input.
