Default Waterlogged skate

Can anyone recomend the best way of treating the wood to make it watertight? and is it necessary to replace the grip tape as it's in reasonable shape?

once the skate is fully dried out you need to stop the water getting in, id recommend something similar to decking sealant or something like that, anything hard wearing and water tight

Cuprinol make a poly-urethane varnish that is the **** for anything wakeskate related, sealing your boards or building rails.

lol. Looks like I need some wood filler too. A soft chunk the size of a cork flaked out after using it today.
