I know what you mean but i'm getting a pair anyway, my friend works at UGP and designed those three ltd edition shoes, so i'm blagging a pair to keep with my DVS Cassette's. Look out for me on antiques roadshow in 2047, i'm gonna be rich!

they are lighter when dry and they're really easy to get on wet or dry. when they're wet though they hold a bit of water so they aren't really any lighter than the JP ones. if i had to pick I would buy the JP just because i don't know if the UGP will last as long because they don't feel as well built-not badly built just made out of lighter, less durable stuff. i only used them for my last few rides so they still look pretty new.
