Default Skate cable nationals

ok i'm going to be brief about this.
Hypothetically if there was a chance to have a British wakeskate cable nationals would anyone be interested in riding?
There are a number of other things involved in this and just want to find out how it'd go down outside my group of contacts.
Cheers, Rob

It would be in the respect of payment and title but it'd be run at a different date compared to the wakeboard cable nationals, im trying to figure out if its worth attempting to set it up or if the cost to enter it and the stigma involved would make it worth while. cost would be something like £35 to join bwsf (unless you're already a member) £5 copetition license and then the cost of entering the comp on top of that. I could guess that i know a good amount of people would want to enter but when those costs come into it i know that it'd be a different story.
Just thought id put the feelers out there.

I think some of the younger kids (whose parents pay) would enter irrispective of the cost.
It is however a shame that when you try to get some recognition for a small part of the sport, it costs so much...

I wouldn't mind paying if i thought the bwsf would invest some of their time and our money (£35 joining fee) in wakeskating. Some how i doubt that... Please anyone from the bwsf prove me wrong!!!

Rob, I'm making the assumption you have taken it on to look at this rather than the bwsf asking you...

Not trying to have a go at the bwsf, just sucks that there is sooooooooo much support for this sport in America and almost none for it here.

Big props to the little people and the shops who do help out the struggling few skater out there... You know who you are!!!
