Strangely I think we winched more over winter. We've probably been out less than a handful of times since May. Its dificult to fit it all in What with having to ride boat and the new cable at boxend has drawn our attention over the last few weeks. The fun box there is . . . . well lots of fun.

i finally manged to get out on the floods with my winch the other night and rocked a 70m long puddle that was about mid shin deep - it was awesome fun - think i'm the only one who wants more rain round my way!

whats box end like - i tried t get down last monday but had too much work to do. is it ok on windy days? really want to go and hit that funbox!

Haha sounds good fun Nick. We got out last night in the pouring rain. Wasn't too enjoyable to be honest . . . . was a bit of a shtty swamp.

Boxend seems to do a pretty good job of escaping the wind. Certainly the side with the funbox in does anyway and its worth a visit for that alone. Drop us a PM if you're heading over that way.
